Built in Africa.Built for the World.

Pipous Capital is a holding company and capital allocation engine founded to build, own, and grow companies across finance and technology.

Born from a conviction.
Built for a continent.

Pipous Capital was founded in Mombasa, Kenya by Barkley Katama, known in entrepreneurial circles as KatamaONE. Born from a conviction that Africa's entrepreneurs, businesses, and institutions deserve world-class digital and financial infrastructure, Pipous Capital began as a one-person operation with a clear mandate: generate capital through disciplined trading and deploy it into building lasting companies.

The company operates two core divisions under one brand. The Finance division trades proprietary capital across Forex, Equities, Indices, and Crypto, generating the working capital that funds the entire ecosystem. The Technology division is a full-service digital agency building websites, mobile apps, software, AI systems, and marketing engines for clients across Kenya, East Africa, and globally.

Pipous Capital is not a service business that stops at delivery. It is a holding company that builds, owns, and grows. Every client engagement funds the next venture. Every venture adds to an ecosystem designed to create generational value and African opportunity.

KatamaONE

Barkley Katama is a Kenyan entrepreneur, trader, and technology builder with a vision to build Africa's most impactful holding company ecosystem. Operating from Mombasa, Kenya, he leads Pipous Capital's two core divisions while developing a portfolio of owned platforms across fintech, social media, and digital services. His approach combines rigorous financial discipline with a deep belief in African potential and the power of building for the long term.

The Barkley Foundation

A founding vision. A non-negotiable commitment.

A permanent commitment sits at the heart of Pipous Capital: 10% of all profits will fund the Barkley Foundation. This is not a corporate responsibility afterthought. It is a structural, non-negotiable allocation built into the capital flow architecture from day one.

The Barkley Foundation's mission is to serve the most vulnerable in African society: orphans, widows, and youth who lack access to education, shelter, and economic opportunity. Through the Foundation, Pipous Capital intends to build orphanages, fund scholarships, support widows with economic empowerment programs, and create jobs across the continent.

The Barkley name is being built with intention. Over time, it will stand as a symbol of African hope, opportunity, and the belief that business success and social good are not opposites. They are the same mission, pursued together.
