Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Pipous Capital website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Pipous Capital provides digital infrastructure services including web design, digital marketing, hosting, analytics, AI integration, and consulting. All services are subject to a separate service agreement and the terms agreed upon in your personalised quote.

3. Payment Terms

A 50 percent deposit is required before any project work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. All monthly retainer services require a minimum three-month commitment.

4. Intellectual Property

All work delivered by Pipous Capital becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Pipous Capital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pipous Capital is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through Kenyan courts.
